Wok with Atlantic Cod Fish Maw and asparagus
Ingredients:
Atlantic Cod Fish Maw
asparagus
black fungus
red sweet peppers
Seasoning:
spring onion
ginger
salt
cooking wine
oil
water starch
a pinch of white
ground pepper
Cooking Method:
Soak the cod fish maw and cut into slices in advance.
Peel the asparagus and cut into pieces.
Cut red peppers into slices.
Soak black fungus in cold water for 1–2 hours, remove root and clean, and set them aside.
Turn on high heat, add cooking oil, chopped green onion and ginger, and fry until they have aroma. Add all the vegetables, salt and pepper. Stir-fry until it is flavorful and not raw. Put cod fish maw in the pan.
Add an appropriate amount of water starch and stir-fry them evenly, then place on a plate. The dish is ready!
