At the beginning of June C Food Norway and ten other cluster companies in NCE Blue Legasea were on a membership trip to Iceland. The conference brought together 120 international participants from industry, research and academia who are looking for solutions for 100 percent use of marine resources. We have heard and seen how some of the Icelandic companies develop, produce, market and sell high-quality products based on sustainable residual raw materials from the fisheries. We take this with us in our work to increase value in Norway as well.
