I prosjektet RESTPROT skal vi sammen med Sintef Ocean utvikle halvfabrikat ombord i hvitfisk-flåten gjennom kverning og innfrysing av hoder og filetbein på sjøen. Produktene kan videre-foredles til mange anvendelses-områder. Prosjektet har nylig fått tilbud om finansiering av Regionalt Forskningsfond Møre og Romsdal.
In the RESTPROT project, together with Sintef Ocean, we will develop semi-finished products on board the whitefish fleet through milling and freezing of heads and fillet bones at sea. The products can be further refined for many application areas. The project has recently received an offer of funding from the Møre og Romsdal Regional Research Fund.
